Your right to return
Under Irish and EU consumer law (the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU Directive 2019/771), you have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving them, without needing to give a reason.
How to start a return
1. Email us at support@bestbazaar.shop with your order number and let us know you'd like to return an item. 2. We'll confirm the return address and any packaging instructions. 3. Please send the item back in its original condition and packaging. 4. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
We'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method you used at checkout. We may hold the refund until the item is back with us.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us at support@bestbazaar.shop with a photo and your order details. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — including return postage — at no cost to you.
Statutory warranty
New goods carry a statutory two-year guarantee against defects under Irish consumer law.
Exclusions
Personalised items or goods made to a specific customer specification cannot be returned. All other requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — we want to be fair.
