When you place an order or contact us, we process: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number (if provided), and transaction details. Your card payment data is processed directly by our payment provider — we never see or store card numbers.

- To understand how our shop is used and improve it (using anonymised or aggregated data only)
Legal basis

Who we share data with
We share your data only with our delivery carrier (to get your order to you) and our payment processor. We do not sell or share personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Order data is retained for the period required by Irish tax and accounting law (typically 6 years). Support correspondence is deleted within 3 years of the last contact.
